Perfectly situated on the main plaza, this hotel offers a fantastic location. the card key is conveniently easy to use. the receptionist is helpful and friendly. the room is spacious with a comfortable bed that ensures a good night’s sleep. it is quite and makes for an excellent romantic getaway. the bathroom is sparkling clean, though the shower head has limescale buildup which isn’t much of a problem.

The Wi-Fi signal is quite unreliable and weak and doesn't match up with the quality of the rest of the hotel.

Great location right on the main plaza and surprisingly quiet at night. The spacious room was comfortable and clean, with a comfortable bed. The friendly receptionist Luis made us feel very welcome, and the complimentary bottled water was a nice touch.

The slow and inconsistent Wi-Fi signal was frustrating at times. The shower head had some noticeable limescale buildup, which affected the water release.

Great Location, Nice Staff, Clean Room the hotel had a great location, right in the heart of the city and easy to get anywhere fast. the staff was friendly and very helpful when needed, and the room was cleaned daily. I appreciated the bottled water provided every day and the easy, to, use key card.

Slow Wi, Fi, Loud Mattresses, Noisy Room Unfortunately, the Wi. Another downside was the bed , the mattresses were covered in plastic and very noisy and uncomfortable. Lastly, the room itself was noisy and did not have any soundproofing, which kept me awake at night.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with the added bonus of being quiet at night despite being located near the main square. We appreciated the cleanliness and safety measures in place throughout the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we loved the convenience of the card key and daily refreshed bottled water.
